The Candidate Effective Scientific Message

During my research of science issues in the 2012 presidential election, there was a question asked and that was, Are the candidates sending an effective scientific message about their stances on science issues? In what ways?. I have came to a agreement that Barack Obama was more effective.

The candidate or President Barack Obama is sending an effective scientific message while the other candidate Mitt Romney is sending a regular scientific message and also because this candidate message is not influential or persuasive enough for other people to agree. Some evidence that shows Obama is sending an effective scientific message is because he said “His administration had set stricter limits on emissions from vehicles, invested billions in clean energy research and proposed the first limits on carbon dioxide emissions from coal - fired power plants.’ The reason it is effective is because its influential and some what persuasive enough to keep peoples interest. Another piece of evidence is that Obama calls global warming “One of the biggest issues of this generation.” This piece of evidence is effective because it is persuasive and it can make a change. The last piece of evidence is that he says “He is committed to doubling funding for key research agencies.” The quote or messae is effective is because its straiht foward and it can produce responses.
Another reason why I think that Obama is effective more than romney because he didn’t state that he wasn’t a scientist.” So this shows that Obama is more effective than Romney because he shows or tells something and different and he does not go in circles and get straight to the point.
